Monday, in Acts 28, Paul is on Malta and a poisonous snake bites him YET there isn’t any swelling. This is a fulfillment of Jesus’ promise in Mark 16:18 about snakes. "They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won't hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed."  After landing on Malta, Paul is welcomed by Publius, the chief official of the island. His father was extremely sick and Paul laid hands on him and healed him. Another fulfillment of Mark 16:18. Paul then arrives in Rome where he meets with believers and encourages them. He spends time showing Jesus to the Jewish people throughout the Law and the prophets.

Some believer. Others don’t. Please know this truth: We are in sales. God is in management. It’s our job to share the Gospel. It’s God’s job to draw people to himself.

Be faithful today to look for every opportunity to share. Then leave the results to God. Paul would be pleased!

Today we being with Psalm 1. Thanks for following along as we read through the Bible.
